Are agency fees, inspection and shipping included?
They are included only when the written quotation says so. Agree the agency scope, supplier payment responsibilities, inspection and logistics arrangements before purchase.
Are used vehicles also labelled new or 0 km?
No. Current new-car listings keep their new 0 km labels. A used-vehicle sourcing request uses actual condition, registration, mileage and inspection information for the proposed vehicle.
